Seasonal Sessions

Seasonal Mini Stories are creative sessions built around places, experiences, and little moments that feel like Alaska. These are concepts I dream up and invite you into, often centered around a shared activity or a feeling I want to capture during a certain season. Think cozy cabin evenings, Mother’s Day picnic setups, wildflower walks, celebrating the summer solstice, or quiet nights under the midnight sun.

While these sessions are shorter than my full storytelling sessions, they are still rooted in connection, movement, and genuine storytelling. The goal is always to create images that feel cinematic, intentional, and true to this season of your life.

I update this part of my website throughout the year to reflect the seasonal stories I am currently offering and creating. Each collection changes with Alaska’s seasons, so you may see different experiences appear throughout spring, summer, fall, and winter.

The Making of Each Experience

Each Seasonal Session is Built Around:

a specific location

a specific time of year

a simple shared atmosphere or activity

You don’t need to plan the setting. You only need to arrive as you are.

Peak Alaska summer surrounded by fields of blooming fireweed. I usually bring along a blanket and we wander through the purple fields together while the evening light settles in. These sessions are soft, playful, and full of that late summer Alaska feeling everyone waits for each year.
